From Surprise to Rio Verde, with so many new people, the need is great to network and get to know people whom you can trust and build lasting business relationships.

The Carefree Corridor Business Group offers an informal  gathering to meet with local business owners. Meetings last for about 90 minutes.

You can share your leads and get leads from other members. Discussion of business situations for the further education and input is encouraged.

Past Carefree Corridor Meeting Agenda Subject to change...

1. Open Networking 7:00 – 7:15. If food is ready advise to get breakfast. (Members will be considered late if arriving after 7:00 am Ladies and Gentlemen please take your seats as the meeting will now begin. Turn your phone ringers off.

2   Welcome visitors to our group, introduce the leadership team and explain the mission/objective of the group.  Congratulate and welcome new members who have made 3 meetings and have been approved by membership committee. 

3   Start the 30-60 second commercial for everyone. Remind visitors that they will go last if they want to. This is the time where members have the opportunity to educate the other members about their business and what referrals they are looking for this week.

4  3-5 minutes dedicated to education. This could be on any topic including the most important, networking. The education coordinator will be responsible for this.

5  Pass the card binder. Reminder that only members can place cards in the binder.  Once a member you will be able to place your cards in the binder.

6 The Vice President will ask that all referrals be passed forward so they can be recorded and will report on the average number of visitors and referrals for the past week and month.

7  20-30 minute presentation by a member or guest. Speakers might bring a gift for drawing at a cost of no more than $15.00. There could be two 15 minute speakers too. Only those members that have passed referrals have invited guest attend, or have had a dance card during the last week will be considered for the drawing.

8  Secretary will Announce next week’s speaker and opening for future speakers.

9   The members will stand and report on whether they have a referral, visitor, names of businesses called or a testimonial about another business.

10    Community involvement officer will report on activities and any announcements, reminders or special reports.

11   Drawing for door prize.

 12   If there are visitors they will be asked to stay for a brief orientation with the membership host.

 13  Meeting adjourned.
