Message from Executive Director Sue Black

SueBlack250pxLooking to carve some family bonding time into this summer’s vacations? Why travel for a week or two out of state when Arizona is an outdoor amusement park? Visitors come here to see the stunning formations in Kartchner Caverns SP, the world’s tallest travertine bridge at Tonto Natural Bridge SP, and to slide down natural rock chutes at Slide Rock SP. I encourage you to spend weekends exploring your State Parks. There are four parks on the Colorado River where you can cool down by boating and swimming and Lyman Lake in northern Arizona has beachfront camping and cabins. It’s affordable and it's easy!!! Let’s go camping!
